Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy for the EU markets, with a primary focus on e-commerce and agencies.

This high-level role will report directly to the Head of the Department and offers the opportunity to drive substantial impact within the company while managing a dynamic sales team.

What are we looking for?
The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy for the EU markets, with a primary focus on e-commerce and agencies. In addition to strategic planning, you will lead and inspire a regional sales team, focusing on building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and optimizing lead generation efforts in these key markets.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the EU markets, in alignment with company goals.
- Market Analysis: Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities, especially within the e-commerce and agencies sectors.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Oversee lead generation efforts, focusing on acquiring quality leads to drive sales.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for regional accounts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and performance, to align sales strategies and optimize client experiences.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor performance metrics for both individual team members and the region as a whole, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on e-commerce and agencies and digital marketing. Experience managing teams and working within the EU markets is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any EU languages is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategies based on market conditions and varying client needs across diverse regions.
