What are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team, working closely with both our Marketing (30%) and Performance (70%) teams. The Performance department works closely with optimizing and maintaining digital campaigns. To promote the client's website, we use dynamic and static banners. This role is perfect for someone who is equally comfortable crafting compelling brand visuals (B2B), optimising designs for our clients, and producing high-impact creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
Responsabilities
Performance: Creative design and branding
- Design high-converting creatives for ads (JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, HTML).
- Develop visuals for A/B testing, optimizing designs based on performance data.
- Ensure consistency with client branding by following brand books and website design.
- Constant research of banner trends to optimize them.
- Adapt existing designs for different ad formats, platforms, and audiences.
Marketing: Marketing materials, collaboration and support
- Support brand and campaign design initiatives.
- Produce visuals for website, social media, email marketing, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Collaborate with content and communications teams to bring ideas to life.
- Produce creatives for printed materials (flyers, merchandising, booths, etc).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
- English proficiency B2.
- Strong portfolio (brand and performance-driven work).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma. Canva is a plus.
- Motion graphics/video editing experience.
- Understanding of performance marketing and digital ad design best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
- Knowledge of WordPress, PowerPoint/Google Slides, HTML/CSS.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and innovation.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals.
- Familiarity with data-driven design optimization.
